Go Back Storytelling Through Costumes, Ages 8 - 11 (Must be a fall member to register.)

What we wear is a physical way of showcasing our personality and who we are as people. In the class you will learn why story telling is important when it comes to costumes and how to style a preexisting character in Theatre by designing their costume from the ground up! (Supplies will be provided)

Amber Roth

Amber is ecstatic and most honored to be working with The Point Theatre. Over the course of Amber’s twenty years in the Theatre she has been a part of over 60+ productions. Some of her most recent acting credits include Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 (Carmel Community Players), Our Town (Nickel Plate Arts & Poet Ape Productions), & Lend Me A Tenor (MCT). If you can’t find Amber on stage you are likely able to find her somewhere around the city utilizing her degree. Amber graduated with a degree in Theatre Education from Ball State University in 2020 and is a middle school and high school Theatre teacher and Director in the Indianapolis area. Amber has directed a number of youth shows herself, including Little Women (Heritage Christian School), The Little Mermaid (Heritage Christian School), & Once Upon A Mattress (MCT). Amber couldn’t be more excited to share her passion for the performing arts with the talented team and students at The Point!
